These terms explain how the public DartArcade website can be used and the core Home and Venue use boundary. Final commercial obligations are confirmed in the applicable quote, agreement, invoice, or customer communication.

The content on this site helps visitors understand DartArcade, its console, launch games, support model, and Home or Venue paths. Product availability, specifications, pricing, and service options may change unless confirmed in an applicable commercial document.
A Home console is purchased for private, non-commercial use. Launch games are included. Owned consoles include a 2-year warranty, subject to the applicable sale and warranty terms.
Launch Edition Home owners receive future standard DartArcade games. This does not create an entitlement to future premium, server-backed, subscription, commercial, or other separately offered services unless they are expressly included in an applicable commercial document.
Use of DartArcade in a pub, club, venue, business, or other commercial or public setting requires the Venue commercial plan. Venue consoles are supplied on rental, include the commercial-use licence, and remain DartArcade-owned hardware while the rental remains active. Venue maintenance and support apply under the relevant rental terms.
Submitting a public enquiry does not by itself create a sale, rental, or other commercial agreement. Exact pricing, delivery, payment, support, repair, warranty, and other obligations are confirmed in the applicable quote, agreement, invoice, or customer communication.
Existing customers can request support through the customer portal or by email. Support may include remote troubleshooting, diagnostics, technician access where appropriate, maintenance guidance, or repair handling. Out-of-warranty repairs for owned consoles may be quoted where applicable, while Venue maintenance and support are governed by the active rental terms.
Payment methods, due dates, proof requirements, and any other payment obligations are confirmed in the applicable invoice or commercial document.
