The basics of what DartArcade is and how it fits into a normal physical darts setup.
DartArcade by Meco Tech is a physical darts scoring console that connects to a TV, keeps the match visible, and gives players a button-driven way to keep the game moving.
No. You still throw at a normal physical dartboard. DartArcade handles scoring, setup, player flow, and the shared TV display.
The launch catalogue is OhOne, Killer, TicTacToe, Bullfrog, and Co-op Killer.
Players use the physical console to enter scores and control game flow while the connected TV keeps turns, scores, targets, and game progress visible to the room.
Current launch play styles and where to find game-specific help.
At launch, DartArcade offers Team Battle for head-to-head team play and Co-op for players working together toward one shared challenge.
Team Battle includes OhOne, Killer, TicTacToe, and Bullfrog.
Co-op Killer is the launch Co-op game. Two to four players work together to clear the shared Killer challenge board before the available turns run out.
Open the Games page and choose the game you want. Each launch game has its own guide with a Player Guide section for controls, settings, rules, and recovery help where needed.
How player profiles and teams are installed on consoles for repeat or shared play.
The player creates or uses a player portal account, submits a join request for the console, and the console syncs the approved player onto the local player list.
Yes. A player profile can be joined to different consoles instead of creating a new local player every time.
Teams are created in the player portal. A team owner or captain invites players, and invited players accept before they become part of that team.
Installing an accepted team brings the team and its players onto the console together, which avoids every player having to join that console separately.
If you do not want other people selecting your profile at that venue, remove your player from that console after the session.
The ownership, licence, content, and support differences between private Home use and commercial Venue use.
DartArcade at Home is an owned console for private, non-commercial use. DartArcade for Venues is a commercial rental with a commercial-use licence, DartArcade-owned hardware while active, and Venue-plan maintenance and support.
No. Home ownership is for private, non-commercial use. Public or commercial use requires the DartArcade Venue plan.
The Home Launch Edition includes all launch-available games, and Launch Edition owners receive future standard DartArcade games. No subscription is required to keep using the games permanently included with the owned Home console.
An active Venue rental includes the commercial-use licence, current games, Venue-plan games and features as they are released while the rental remains active, and Venue maintenance and support.
What connectivity is used for without implying that every dart depends on the internet.
DartArcade uses internet access for verification, updates, player and team sync, support, and connected features. Temporary outages are handled according to the Home or Venue plan; normal scoring does not depend on sending every dart to the internet.
Updates keep the console aligned with the current DartArcade platform and can deliver approved game, flow, reliability, and support improvements.
Use the console update flow when an approved update is available. The Launcher handles the update experience and the console installs the approved Launcher or game package through the update path.
Yes. Connected player and team features use internet access so approved profiles and teams can be synchronized with the console.
Where to start when a console, button, cable, update, or support issue needs attention.
Existing customers should use the customer portal when possible so the support case stays linked to the correct account and console. Email support is available when portal access is not practical.
Owned consoles include a 2-year warranty. After the warranty period, repair work is quoted when needed.
Venue rental consoles are maintained while the rental is active, with service or maintenance arranged through DartArcade Support when needed.
Support confirms whether warranty, Venue rental maintenance, or quoted repair work applies before the repair path is arranged.
For replacement parts or repair needs, contact DartArcade Support so the correct part and service path can be confirmed.
